Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 Alternate Ending Concept (FAN MADE---NOT CANON)

So I randomly thought of this weird little alternate ending where you're able to save DogDay and leave Playcare with him. Now, is because I love DogDay? Yes. Basically, in this alternate ending, before you meet DogDay, you find some kind of device that can be used to break DogDay's chains (or, you know, just a key). You use these to free him just befor the Smiling Critters get to him, and now have to not only protect yourself from them, but also fight them off. One wrong move, and DogDay will be taken over, killing you instantly. You now travel the rest of the game with DogDay, who may occasionally give commentary about the place.  During the final encounter with CatNap, the cat may get more aggressive since you're actively helping someone who he considers a heretic. The bossfight would be mostly the same, only now, you have to not only protect yourself, but also DogDay, which could possibly include some new mechanics, or a quick-time event where you have to save DogDay fr...

Almost Got Me And My Brother Killed At Age 6

One day, me and my brother (4 at the time) were at Sea World, splashing in the pool of our hotel. The pool was really weird, shallow on both ends and deeper in the middle. I could swim perfectly fine, apparently able to do so when I wasn't even a year old, but my brother couldn't. I wanted to get him to the other side, so my stupid 6YO brain decided to carry the child on my back across the deep area.  Big mistake I underestimated how heavy my brother was (or how weak I was, I don't know) and I started sinking midway through the swim. I screamed out for help, but my parents and grandparents thought we were just playing---understandable, since I had kind of a habit of screaming for grandma unnessecarily at that age.  The worst part about it, I feel, was that any selflessness I had before was sacrificed in an effort to save myself. I used my own swimming abilities to swim out from under my flailing brother, crying while I did so, and left my brother to drown... is what I wo...

Project SEKAI SynthV Ideas

If you weren't aware, SynthV did this "BanG Dream! AI Singing Synthesizer" where they released characters modeled off of characters from the rhythm game BanG Dream! (also known as Bandori). They started with POPY (modeled off of Poppin'Party and representing Kasumi Toyama) and ROSE (modeled off of Roselia and representing Yukina Minato), and they've recently released two more, HALO (Hello, Happy World! - Kokoro Tsurumaki) and PASTEL (Pastel*Palettes - Aya Maruyama). So I thought "What if they released AIs for Project SEKAI?" So here's my concepts for (the completely fan made) "Project SEKAI: COLORFUL STAGE! AI Singing Synthesizer" (not including VIRTUAL SINGER) ESTRELLA - Modeled off of Leo/need and a representation of Ichika Hoshino. She'd have a sort of celestial schoolgirl theme, similar to L/n as well. Her physical features would resemble Ichika as well. Her voice provider would be Noguchi Ruriko, since that's Ichika's voice...

Ranking Every Mid-Fight Masses Song

I was listening to the MFM soundtrack while writing down ideas for Vs. Noelle Anarisa and I thought "Hey, why not rank them?" So that's what I'm doing! I'll only be ranking the ones that appear in-game, and I won't be ranking any fan made songs, so no Vs. Selever, Vs. Rasazy or Partners in Time songs. 5. Worship Look, it's a really good song, don't get me wrong, but it feels a little... weird to listen to. I don't really know how else to describe it. I don't think it fits Sarvente. 4. Zavodila  This is DEFINITELY gonna turn some heads, but there's always one song in an FNF mod that overshadows every other one, and for Mid-Fight Masses, it's Zavodila (although the same could be said for Casanova and maybe Gospel?). Now that doesn't mean I dislike the song, far from it, I just personally think it's ever so slightly too popular. Not overrated, but over popularized. That being said, it makes complete sense for this song to be as in...

Mezmerizer Vocaloid Fanfiction in the Works!

Hey, Panda Pack! So, if you didn't know, I enjoy writing fan fictions just as much as any other person like me does. I don't usually share mine though because... well, they aren't very good. But today is different. I'm announcing my first published fan fiction, a Vocaloid fan fiction based off of the song "Mesmerizer!" The fan fiction is called "Mesmerized Mindset," and the publishing date? Your guess is as good as mine. I decided to put a neat little spin on the lore of the song and, instead of Miku and Teto actually getting hypnotized by an unnamed mesmerizer, Teto slowly goes insane! You'll see. I'm hoping to publish the whole thing as one big post here on Red Panda's Ramblings rather than splitting it up. Yes, suspense is great, but if I try to do it in different posts, I'll most likely forget about it until like three years later. The fan fiction will have themes of deteriorating mental health, but I'll try to portray it in...

Odd Behavior

DISCLAIMER: Don't take any of this as real psychological science. This is just my personal observation of my own behavior.  So, I've noticed a very strange behavioral pattern within myself. If you weren't aware, I'm a very empathetic person. I cry when I hear sad stories from real-life people or characters in video games (such as the backstory of Diluc and Kaeya from Genshin Impact), and it's the reason I study phobias and why I want to become a musical psychiatrist. Despite all this, I have an almost sadistic love for torturing and killing insects. I intentionally drown ants, mosquitoes, flies, and other insects just to see them grow weaker and weaker until they finally lay still, or I'll hit a spider with my shoe even long after it's dead (yes, I know spiders aren't insects). I lack empathy for all insects, even the ones that help the environment. I don't even react when I see butterflies get eaten by predators. I purely want to see insects suffer....
